Our business requires us to uphold and to conduct ourselves and our work with the highest levels of integrity, ethics and transparency.

In our challenging economic and operating environment, behaviours that are is conflict with the Code of Business Conduct and the law can occur.

Lafarge has no tolerance for such behaviour. Such misdemeanours will be handled through disciplinary actions for fraud and other breaches of our Code of Business Conduct in the organisation, with severe consequences for those found to be at fault.

As part of the LafargeHolcim Group, we encourage all employees and stakeholders to promote a “Speak Up” culture so that when you see or suspect something wrong, it is reported and addressed. This helps us to continue to uphold our standards of conducting business, with our customers, suppliers and stakeholders.

Reporting of issues can be done discretely and without fear of retaliation, to Line Managers, our Compliance Officer, Security team or through the Integrity Line.

Lafarge Cement Zimbabwe seeks to engage in long-term relationships with Suppliers that are committed to sustainable development. Our goal is to partner with Suppliers to deliver value-for-cost procurement for the Group and our customers, and to demonstrate responsible  supply chain management.
